Yesterday, I sold another property of Regran Property Ventures, Inc. This followed after several days of not getting any inquiry, at all.

Actually, the call came from a buyer who was interested in Fortuna Duplex, which was still to be constructed. The problem, though, was that he needed to have a house before July. I asked him the specific area he wants and his budget. I offered him another in Cavite but it was too far for him. And then he mentioned Regran Mansion, which was way out of the budget he mentioned. There was one interesting catch, though - he was a cash buyer. So I referred the matter to Mike, who readily offered a lower price for the deal to push through. He initially wanted Fortuna Duplex but ended up buying Regran Mansion Townhomes instead.

I don't do hardsell when somebody inquires about Regran Properties. I encourage buyers to visit the properties for themselves because I believe in what I'm selling, knowing that they will be getting value for money. Terms are always flexible and negotiable, as is the price - for cash buyers of course.

The internet is my ally. I know I wouldn't have done it without a strong online presence. Since I'm Iloilo-based, I have to work double time to flood the internet with my ads, which I keep brief and to the point. It's also important to answer queries asap.
