Regran is derived from the French words: “reve”, which means “dream” and “grand”, which means “big”. The name was inspired by our satisfied homeowners who perceived their homes as the fulfillment of their big dream. The company started in 2006 as Homecrest Master Builders. It has evolved into a new name, Regran Property Ventures, Inc. and it was formally launched in 2010. As a young company with a young, intelligent and energetic team, we challenge existing norms to be an expert on how to house people.
