The company started in 2006 as Homecrest Master Builders. It has evolved into a new name, Regran Property Ventures, Inc. and it was formally launched on March 12, 2010. As a young company with a young, intelligent and energetic team, we challenge existing norms to be an expert on how to house people. Our corporate head office is located at Unit 202, Page I Building, No. 1215 Acacia Avenue, Madrigal Business Park, Barangay Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines.
